Y’know, sometimes it just doesn’t matter who you are on the inside. It doesn’t matter if you never think a bad thing about anyone, or you think about the homeless every day, or you wish that everyone just gave a little more attention to the things that matter. It’s what you do and say that matters; it’s the things you do for other people to show that you care, and it’s the things you say to other people to show what you live for; it’s the things you do to hurt other people, and it’s the things you say that let people down. It’s the things you do to affect other people that really, truly matter, not who you are inside. Because in the end, those are the things that define you.

Yes, but the things we do and say come originally from who we are on the inside. so it really really does matter.
